  • Plump Arborio Rice..300g


  • Vegetable Stock..5cups


  • Button Mushrooms..7pcs


  • Olive Oil..5tsp


  • Butter..3tsp


  • Shallot Onion..5


  • Chop garlic..1tsp


  • Chop Spring Onion..1cup


  • Chop spring garlic..1cup


  • Chop Celery Stick..1


  • Freshly Grinded Black pepper..1/2tsp


  • Salt..2tsp


  • Grated Parmesan Cheese..1/2 cup


  • Chop chives..2tsp

Directions

  • Take a shallot onion peeled and cut in diced.
  • Take a button mushroom washed and cut in diced.
  • Take a pan add half quantity butter and half quantity of olive oil heat add mushroom pcs saute for 2 minutes and keep a side.
  • Take a pan add half butter and half olive oil heat,then add spring onion and spring garlic,salt,black pepper,garlic and rice mix well and saute for 5 minutes then add 1 cup of stock then 1 cup stock r absorb (this process 5 types repeated).
  • After one hour mushroom risotto r ready.
  • Serve garnish Parmesan cheese and chives.
